D&C is a Hotel Advisory, Owner Representative, and Project Management company that specializes in assisting ownership groups with hotel renovations and CapEx management. Whether it is a single hotel or a large portfolio, our primary focus is on ensuring the most effective cost and scope for the owner while satisfying the hotel flag, preserving brand integrity, and creating a memorable experience for guests. With an understanding of the entire lifecycle of a hotel from acquisition through renovation and disposition, we are uniquely qualified to help ownership groups increase the potential of the hotel while maximizing the return on investment for both short and long-term ownership groups.
We partner with our clients to function as your in-house design and construction department, with the capabilities to oversee large portfolios of hotel repositioning projects both nationally and internationally. Our vast experience includes managing large portfolios of select service hotels with over 55,000 keys renovated in the past 10 years; renovating large urban full-service hotels that continue to create memorable experiences for guests; and re-imagining large resort hotels that reposition the properties by drawing upon their historic significance and positioning them for future success and growth.

Our Executive Team
Steve Reiswig
Executive Director
Steve has over 35 years of experience in development, design, and construction, including more than 30 years in the hospitality space. He has successfully delivered over $1.5B in hospitality projects, with over $1B of that as a division lead.
Steve began his career in hospitality development in the 1990s working for Wyndham International after the Patriot American merger, where he oversaw capital assignment, renovations, and construction delivery for over 30 owned assets. More recently, Steve worked together with Brad at BRE Hotels and Resorts as Vice President of Design and Construction for over a decade, where he was responsible for overseeing cap-ex and design and construction for the company’s large national hotel portfolio.
Apart from his lengthy career in hospitality, Steve has had diverse professional experiences, including as a commercial fisherman in the Bering Sea and as a founding partner of an award-winning boutique winery in Eastern Washington. A Scottsdale resident since the 1990s, Steve now splits his time between Scottsdale, AZ and North San Diego County, CA. In his spare time, he
enjoys motocross racing, collecting vintage cars and motorcycles, and strumming guitars.
Brad Bielenberg
Managing Director
Brad brings over 30 years of experience in design, construction, and project management with the last 10 years being hospitality focused. He has worked as a Project Manager and Director overseeing renovations on over 100 properties across the country.
Brad began his career as a landscape architect, working on award-winning projects across the U.S. and abroad, ranging from larger public works project to boutique hotels. This diverse background provides him with unique insight into the design and construction process and helped him discover his passion for hospitality development. Brad worked together with Steve at BRE Hotels and Resorts for over a decade, where he served both as Project Manager and as the Director of Design and Construction for the company’s large portfolio of hotel properties.
Brad lives in Gilbert, AZ but also enjoys spending time in Minnesota where he grew up. When he’s not at work, Brad channels his creative background in his garden and in the kitchen, where he enjoys cooking everything from weeknight meals to holiday feasts, to Pit Bar-B-Q. Brad is also an avid hockey fan and has recently rediscovered his childhood hobby of collecting and listening to vinyl records.
